Register your interest by clicking the INQUIRE button. Our team will contact you to discuss whether the purchase will be mortgage-based or self-financed.
For mortgage purchases, the property must reach approximately 80% completion before the bank releases mortgage funds.
Option 1: The client finances the construction up to 80% completion before the mortgage facility is introduced.
Option 2: The client pays up to 50% of the house price while Liberty Gardens Estate raises the remaining 30% with interest until mortgage funds are released.
Once the mortgage payment is made, all funds raised to reach the 80% completion stage are recovered.
For self-financing clients, an initial payment of 40% of the house price is made upfront to commence construction.
A second 40% payment is made after 4–6 months or at a predetermined stage of construction.
The remaining 10% is paid before completion and the final 10% is paid at handover of the building.
